LIONBRIDGE EXECUTIVE ACCOUNTS

Position Summary

Executive Accounts is responsible for cash receipts posting and bank reconciliations

the tasks will include recording customers receipts in appropriate accounts, identify and resolve receipts discrepancies and answers client inquiries as needed.

What You Will Do

• Systems

• • In house production software (in which customer invoices are created)
    • Accounting software package CODA.
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office products, in particular excel.

To Be Successful You Will Have

• Experienced (min 2 years) Accountant
• Process daily cash receipts and apply against Accounts Receivable for Global sites
• Bank reconciliation experience required
• Research unapplied cash receipts and resolve issues
• Maintain monthly analysis of unapplied cash for Global sites 
• Experience in SSC environment would be helpful
• Advanced Business English and good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is necessary
• Knowledge of general office administration and procedures.
• People skills will be the key criteria in judging candidate.
• Proven ability to work independently, as well as working as part of a team
• Flexible individual with good interpersonal skills.
