Responsibilities include administrative support, answering calls, greeting visitors, and scheduling. Ideal candidates have at least one year of administrative experience, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, customer-service-oriented attitude.
What You Will Do:
Greet and sign-in visitors.
Follow visitor and employee protocols.
Coordinate with and support management in administrative tasks.
Answer phone calls and emails.
Other job duties as needed.

At least 1 year experience working in an administrative role.
