Project Manager - Community Programs

About the role

This is a project and operations-focused role within Community Management Quality, combining project coordination, backlog management, reporting, documentation, and collaboration with teams involved in community-facing initiatives.

In this role, you will support the Community Manager, work closely with Lionbridge Games tester teams, and collaborate with client-side stakeholders responsible for the Community area. You will help turn information and reports coming from the community space into structured actions, reports, and process improvements.

What you will do
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities within community quality reporting programs
  • Support the Community Manager in organizing work, scaling delivery, and improving operational efficiency
  • Create, maintain, and organize agile backlogs
  • Use Jira and Azure DevOps to keep backlogs, reports, statuses, and project data clear, up to date, and easy to track
  • Work with information coming from the community area, ensuring it is properly documented, tracked, and escalated when needed
  • Collaborate with Lionbridge Games testing teams, Test Leads, Test Managers, and client-side stakeholders
  • Coordinate with vendors and external community moderators to support smooth workflows and timely issue resolution
  • Support changelog processes, helping ensure that game update documentation is accurate, complete, and delivered on time
  • Prepare regular reports showing progress, impact, risks, blockers, and areas for improvement
  • Monitor project statuses, open topics, and dependencies between teams
  • Escalate issues at the right time and to the right people
  • Support process improvements within Community Management Quality.
  • Maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication across involved teams.

To Be Successful You Will Have
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management, project coordination, operations coordination, or a similar role
  • Experience working with complex processes and multiple stakeholders
  • Very good written and spoken English - C1 level or higher
  • Practical experience working with Jira
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools used for task management, backlog management, issue tracking, reporting, or project data management
  • Ability to create clear documentation, reports, project updates, and status summaries
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to priorities effectively and keep work on track
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to identify risks, dependencies, blockers, and areas for improvement
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility for the accuracy of information
  • Proactive, independent approach and willingness to look for solutions
  • Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience in the gaming industry, game testing, game QA, live service games, community operations, or player support
  • Experience working with community moderators or online community programs.
