The successful candidate will be responsible for completing manufacturing assignments mostly done in a clean room environment under limited supervision. This position is full-time, long-term, regular employment and offers a comprehensive benefit package including holiday pay, medical/dental insurance, paid time off and more! This position is 100% onsite at a high-profile client location in beautiful Corvallis, Oregon. We are currently hiring for our Mon-Fri 5x8 day, swing and graveyard shifts.
What You Will Do
Work effectively with others within a collaborative Team environment.
Process manufacturing work using automated and manual tools.
Safely handle manufacturing materials and equipment.
Visual quality control inspections of work product and tools processes.
Daily reporting of work in progress, work completed, quality issues, and tools issues.
Strict adherence to clean room policies including use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comply with safety rules as required.
Complete training certifications for various tools and processes.
Working with equipment and machinery with various levels of sound.
Work within a clean room environment with strict gowning requirements for extended periods of time.
To Be Successful You Will Have
Clean room experience preferred.
1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Proficient in English; reading, writing, and speaking.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required with the ability to effectively communicate with varied levels of employees.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Ability to complete basic mathematical calculations, draw and interpret graphs/data, follow written and verbal instructions.
Be physically able to lift, push, or pull up to 35 pounds.
Be physically able to sit or stand for extended periods, climb step stools, bend, kneel and stoop frequently.
Be willing to perform repetitive, sometimes sedentary work.
Strong attention to detail with ability to follow detailed directions.
At minimum, basic to intermediate user knowledge and experience with PC's including Microsoft Office products like Word, Excel, and Access with comfortability navigating and viewing web pages.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
