Visual Presentation Designer

Lionbridge is looking for a Core Formatting Presentation Designer (PPT) to work as part of our production team supporting a 100% client dedicated program. The Presentation Designer will be responsible for formatting and editing basic to mid-level PowerPoint presentations applying fundamental design concepts and best practices to clean up or improve existing visual messages while adhering to client brand standards.

The ideal candidate should have relevant Power Point content formatting experience and clear understanding of basic graphic design concepts, such as: text or elements alignment, proportion, balance, emphasis, hierarchy, unity, consistency, and color contrast, among others. You should have the ability to work independently or in collaboration with other designers across multiple regions following brand guidelines and best practices with the goal to meet client, project, and business objectives.

You should possess a high degree of professionalism, strong business communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, ability to multitask, prioritize, work efficiently towards deadlines, and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful you should possess the ability to:

• Edit basic to mid-level PowerPoint presentations.
• Execute ambiguous slide formatting edits with minimal direction
• Able to follow brand guidelines and apply consistently across presentations.
• Format PPT existing slides or full decks (including but not limited to content alignment, text hierarchy, font consistency, photo/logo/icons swaps, tables formatting, color edits, content clean up in general or minor creative edits).
• Occasionally support other basic formatting requests using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Communicate with internal Project Coordinators, Design Leads, and Consultants through multiple means (email, chat, virtual calls).
• Understand or clarify requirements with clients from the get-go to meet objectives and deliver on time.
• Maintain high quality standards by proofing work for errors, consistency, and adherence to standard format and delivering high quality results with the perfect balance between creative ideas and execution.
• Keep high level of client data and confidentiality at all times

Creative experience and Technical skills - Must have

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant Formatting/Visual Presentation Design experience
• English fluency in both written and verbal communications (C1 level)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint for slide improvement and formatting edits.
• Basic to medium skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy to meet client requirements
• Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills; thinks "outside of the box"
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• High level of self-motivation and enthusiasm
• Ability to work both in teams and independently, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated talent to prioritize tasks under narrow time limitations to produce accurate results

Nice to have:

• Desirable experience in the Consulting or PPT content design business
• Experience with productionvity tools such as Thinkcell, Efficient Elements and Microsoft PPT shortcuts (strongly desired)
• Basic Knowledge of Adobe Creative package , especially Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (strongy desired) and InDesign (plus)

• Submit a portfolio or work samples showcasing relevant visual presentation design experience, with a focus on PowerPoint presentations, storytelling, layout, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Complete a short creative test designed to assess presentation design skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, and ability to apply brand standards in a real-world scenario.
