Lionbridge is looking for a Visual Presentation Designer to work as part of our creative team supporting a 100% client dedicated program. The Visual Presentation Designer will be responsible for formatting and editing PowerPoint presentations applying fundamental design concepts and best practices to clean up or improve visual messages or creating new concepts through creative storytelling while adhering to client brand standards.
The ideal candidate should have a creative background or clear understanding of basic graphic design concepts, such as: text or elements alignment, proportion, balance, emphasis, hierarchy, unity, consistency, and color contrast, among others, and have good knowledge of Adobe Creative Design tools (mainly Illustrator and Photoshop). You should have the ability to work independently or in collaboration with other designers across multiple regions following brand guidelines and best practices with the goal to meet client, project, and business objectives. You should possess a high degree of professionalism, strong business communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, ability to multitask, prioritize, work efficiently towards deadlines, and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do
• Edit PowerPoint presentations across different complexity levels:
• Execute ambiguous slide formatting edits with minimal direction.
• Able to follow brand guidelines and apply consistently across presentations.
• Format PPT slides or Microsoft Word, Excel files (including but not limited to content alignment, text hierarchy, font consistency, photo/logo/icons swaps, tables formatting, color edits, content clean up in general or minor creative edits)
• Enhance advanced-level PowerPoint presentations skills to:
• Improve existing slides visual content depending on client objectives.
• Create new advanced-level PowerPoint presentations:
• Propose new creative and outside-of-the-box ideas/layouts within the limits of the client's brand by using PPT, stock photos, or vectors for a final polished new concept.
• Occasionally support other basic formatting requests using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Editing existing vectors from a client library to match scenes and color branding (mostly living within Power point later).
• Communicate with internal Project Coordinators, Design Leads, and Consultants through multiple means (email, chat, virtual calls).
• Understand or clarify requirements with clients from the get-go to meet objectives and deliver on time.
• Maintain high quality standards by proofing work for errors, consistency, and adherence to standard format and delivering high quality results with the perfect balance between creative ideas and execution.
• Keep high level of client data and confidentiality.
• Desirable experience in the Consulting design business.
To be Successful You Will Have
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant Visual Presentation Design experience
• English fluency in both written and verbal communications (C1 level)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint for slide improvement and formatting edits.
• Intermediate to knowledge of Adobe Creative package (AI, PS)
• Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy to meet client requirements.
• Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills; thinks "outside of the box".
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• High level of self-motivation and enthusiasm
• Ability to work both in teams and independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated talent to prioritize tasks under narrow time limitations to produce accurate results.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Thinkcell, Efficient Elements and PPT shortcuts
• Basic Adobe InDesign software knowledge for the creation or edition of white papers and reports
• Expose to AI creative tools.
• 3 rd language: Portugues or German
