Test Coordinator

We're looking for a proactive, community-minded professional to help run the day-to-day operations of our Game Tester platform. In this multi-faceted role, you'll support tester communities across Discord, email, and in-platform channels, review and refine test submissions to ensure quality standards are met, and act as a key point of contact for clients - guiding their testing requirements and helping troubleshoot issues when submissions fall short. You'll balance hands-on ownership with cross-functional collaboration, working closely with support, community, and client teams to keep testing running smoothly, testers engaged, and clients confident in the value we deliver.

Please note this is a temporary 6-month contract with possibility for extension or permanent employment.

What You Will Do :

Test Coordination

• Review and test each submission for approval.
• Monitor and manage live test invites.
• Cooperate directly with clients to deliver the best results for their needs.
• Own and manage designated client accounts as required.
• Manage and support testers during testing phases.
• Create Discord servers or channels to account for test needs.

Tester Reviews

• Review and rate all tester feedback submitted on the platform.
• Regularly review testers for promotion or demotion in our VIP programme.
• Create guidance and best practice documentation for testers.
• Revoke tester feedback and issue warnings for poor behaviour on platform.

Community Management

• Engage with community directly to keep discussion active and healthy.
• Moderate discussion and enforce server rules.
• Work with helper and moderation volunteers.
• Set up and organise social events, competitions, and game nights.
• Set up and award winners of weekly giveaways.
• Announce new updates and features, engaging the most interest as possible.

Social Media

• Monitor game release dates and supply information to colleagues for creation of launch trailers.
• Scour social media looking for developers attempting to recruit for play tests to introduce ourselves.

To Be Successful You Will Have:

• 1+ years experience with community management and/or coordinating events on schedule and within scope.
• Outstanding communication and writing skills, including ability to ask questions or share information with clarity and brevity.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Coordination skills, business acumen, and the ability to work with lots of moving pieces.
• Passion about our customers, our technology, and our people.
• Analytical/problem solving skills, demonstrated success in driving complex programs .
• Be a motivated self-starter.
