TECHNICAL SERVICES LEAD Position Summary As a Technical Services Lead in the localization industry, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing technical aspects related to localization projects. You will lead a team of technical experts, ensuring the seamless integration of technology into the localization workflow. This position requires a deep understanding of localization processes, software solutions, and a commitment to delivering high-quality localized content. Will be aligned with Tech Vertical and Strategic Accounts.
What You Will Do •
Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and leadership in the development and implementation of localization solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and integrate technology solutions accordingly.

Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Provide guidance on technical issues and ensure the team's skill development.

Localization Technology Implementation: Evaluate, select, and implement localization tools, software, and platforms to enhance efficiency and quality.
Oversee the integration of Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tools, Translation Management Systems (TMS), and other relevant technologies.

Process Optimization: Streamline and optimize localization processes by identifying and implementing automation opportunities.
Conduct regular assessments to ensure technology solutions align with industry best practices.

Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the delivery of accurate and culturally appropriate localized content.
Establish and enforce quality standards for technical aspects of localization projects.

Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide consultative guidance on localization solutions.
Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase technical capabilities.

Issue Resolution: Address and resolve technical challenges during the localization process promptly.
Collaborate with relevant teams to troubleshoot and implement effective solutions.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical processes and configurations.
Generate regular reports on technical aspects of localization projects for management review.
To Be Successful You Will Have • Bachelor's degree in any stream, Localization, or a related field.
• Min 5+ years of experience working with applications for process automation and workflow design, preferably in the localization domain
• Proven experience in a technical leadership role within the localization industry.
• Strong understanding of localization processes, CAT tools, TMS, and other related technologies.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with industry standards and emerging trends in localization technology.
