Lionbridge is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Managed Services Technician 4 to join our experienced team. The Managed Services Technician 4 will be a technical expert, responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues, providing technical guidance to junior technicians, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality managed services. This role requires a deep technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
What You Will Do
- Demonstrate leadership ability to assist the supervisor in directing, coaching, mentoring team members that include, but are not limited to, work performance; WIP flow; materials, process and product quality issues escalation; team communication; production outs/build assignments.
- Assist in coordinating work orders by priorities.
- Assist in training and cross-training new and existing employees.
- Aids in enforcing company policy, safety, quality and productivity guidelines.
- Re-assigns team member/s to different work areas/zones when needed.
- Participates in continuous improvement activities.
- Assist the supervisor with any quality issues throughout the production and/or test areas.
- Communicate with the supervisor on a daily basis any anticipated problems with workload demands or schedule adjustments/recovery plan or any other problem with staffing.
- B e able to perform Assembly/Test technician tasks within the designated area of production/test when necessary.
- Performs other duties as directed by supervisor and/or manager

- High School Graduate or Equivalent (Required)
- Experience in Manufacturing Environment and/or R&D: 2 years (Preferred)
- Knowledge in continuous improvement practices (Preferred)
- Strong Computer Skills: Microsoft products experience preferred - Outlook-Word-Excel- Power Point.
- Experience in working in a team environment
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
