System Administrator

We are looking for an IT System Engineer to join our team. The IT System Engineer will be part of IT support teams who are responsible to provide end to end IT support to all internal users. This is an exciting opportunity, working with our internal technology teams and external service providers to provide the best IT experience to end users.  

What You Will Do: 

• Predominantly provide IT support services to internal users  

• Troubleshoot and resolve the IT issues based on tickets 

• Monitor system performance and take proactive actions 

• Collaborate with multiple technology teams to maintain the IT Infrastructure  

• Create and maintain technical documentation based on repeated issues  

• Provide technical support and guidance to users and other IT staff 

• Manage global IT Infrastructure  

• Manage communications with internal and external stakeholders 

To Be Successful You Will Have: 

• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills 

• Strong knowledge on Windows platform 

• Familiar with Ticketing tool and ITI  

• Proficiency with virtualization technologies such as Azure, VMware, Hyper-V, etc. 

• Experience with Azure cloud platform  

• Familiarity with networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN) 

• Knowledge on Collaboration tools like Sharepoint, Teams, OneDrive, O365 etc 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well in a collaborative environment 

• Preferred Certifications on any relevant domains
