Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project/Program Manager to lead complex projects and programs from conception through delivery, aligning cross-functional teams and resources to achieve business objectives. This strategic role shapes project vision and ensures seamless execution across multiple initiatives.

What You Will Do

Develop, lead, and deliver large-scale projects and programs from start to finish. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project/program goals and success criteria. Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies. Oversee the work of project managers and team leads. Report program status to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations. Drive process improvements and promote program management best practices. Ensure compliance with quality, performance, and safety standards.

To Be Successful You Will Have

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (Master's or PMP preferred). 8+ years of experience managing large or complex projects/programs. Demonstrated leadership and team management ability. Strong analytical, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement skills. Expert knowledge of PM methodologies and tools.
