Position Summary
AspartofourSalesforceteam,youwillberesponsibleforensuringthatourbusiness runssmoothlyonourSalesforceinstance.Collaboratingwithregionalandworldwide teams, you will proactively solve complex challenges, drive user adoption, and support high-impactdigitaltransformationinitiatives.
What You Will Do
• OwntheSalesforcesupportexperiencebyservingasthego-toexpertforresolving ticketsandmaintainingclear,timelycommunicationwithusers.
• Partnerwithbusinessteamstodesignandimplementconfigurationchanges including reports, dashboards, and process automations that drive efficiency.
• Ensure business continuity by managing regular data loads, data integrity, and system updates across the platform.
• Collaborate strategically with Salesforce architects and developers to enhance, scale,andoptimizetheoverallSalesforceimplementation.
• Identify and champion continuous improvement opportunities that elevate the user experience and business performance.
To Be Successful You Will Have
• 2+yearsofexperienceasaSalesforceadmin(orequivalent)managinguseraccess and troubleshooting Salesforce configuration issues.
• ExperienceinupdatinganduploadingdatasetusingSalesforce(orsimilar)data tools.
• Hands-onexperiencewithconfigurationofplatformfeaturesincludinguser management, profiles, permissions, custom objects & fields, formulas, and workflow rules.
• AbilitytodesignandimplementSalesforcereports&dashboardsandTableauto deliver business insight.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
