Recruitment Specialist

At Lionbridge Games, we are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our recruitment team.

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes in a high-volume hiring environment, combining effective candidate sourcing with strong organizational skills and a data-informed approach.

In this role, you will recruit for entry-level positions and work closely with Hiring Managers, project teams, and the wider recruitment team.

What You Will Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes in a high-volume hiring environment.
• Source candidates and assess their fit against role requirements.
• Coordinate each stage of the recruitment process and ensure its smooth delivery.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and prepare regular reports.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and project teams.

To Be Successful You Will Have

• At least one year of experience as a Junior Recruiter, Recruitment Coordinator, Researcher, or in a similar role.
• A basic understanding of candidate sourcing methods, including the use of LinkedIn.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and confidence working with large volumes of data.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Confidence working in a dynamic environment and managing multiple recruitment processes at the same time.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• A proactive approach and willingness to improve existing ways of working.
• Polish at C1 or native level.
• English at B2 level or higher.

• Experience in high-volume recruitment.
• An interest in the gaming industry.
