Position Summary

We are seeking a driven Project/Program Manager to coordinate and execute projects and programs that support business objectives. This pivotal role ensures all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

What You Will Do

  • Plan and manage the full lifecycle of projects or programs, from initiation through closure.
  • Coordinate resources, manage schedules, and oversee budgets.
  • Communicate status, risks, and deliverables with stakeholders and leadership.
  • Identify and resolve project issues, escalating as needed.
  • Ensure documentation, tracking, and compliance with company standards.
  • Support continuous improvement of project management processes.

To Be Successful You Will Have

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 3+ years experience managing projects or programs.
  • Working knowledge of project management principles and software.
  • Skilled at problem-solving, multitasking, and collaboration.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
