SOFTWARE ENGINEER (ADVISORY)
Position Summary
The Software Engineer (Advisory) provides technical guidance and support to development teams, ensuring software solutions are effective, scalable, and aligned with business requirements. This role focuses on advising on best practices, architecture, and coding standards while contributing hands-on expertise to project execution.
What You Will Do
• Provide guidance to development teams on software design, architecture, and coding practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend effective technical solutions.
• Review software designs and code to ensure performance, security, and maintainability.
• Assist in improving existing systems and development processes.
• Support integration of applications within the organization's technology ecosystem.
• Participate in technical decision-making and contribute to project planning.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to provide innovative recommendations.
To Be Successful You Will Have
• Experience in software engineering or technical advisory roles.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies, design patterns, and architecture principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with cloud platforms, enterprise software, or large-scale systems.
• Familiarity with Agile development and DevOps practices.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect) are a plus.
