Position Summary

This role is responsible for driving continuous improvement and supporting quality initiatives across the organization. Working closely with Engineering, Operations, and cross-functional teams, you will evaluate and improve processes, support QMS and GMP requirements, and help ensure operational standards are consistently followed. You will use the PDCA methodology to identify opportunities, implement improvements, monitor results, and promote efficient, compliant, and standardized operations.

What You Will Do

  • Implement and manage process improvement initiatives using the Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) cycle to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across departments.
  • Coordinate efforts with Engineering and Operations for GMP and QMS systems and serve as a lead auditor for these systems.
  • Follow and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and quality in operations.
  • Evaluate tasks and processes to determine alignment with organizational structure and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans to address them.
  • Monitor process performance and generate reports to track progress and outcomes.
  • Assist in the development and documentation of SOPs to support standardization efforts.
  • Support the Quality Management System (QMS) and help ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

To Be Successful You Will Have

  • Proven experience using the Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) cycle for process improvement.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and their implementation.
  • Ability to analyze processes and tasks to ensure alignment with structural and organizational goals.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
