Multimedia Solutions Designer

Lionbridge is seeking a creative and technically savvy Multimedia Solutions Designer to join our Sales Solutions organization. Reporting to the Head of Technology Solutions, Sales Solutions, this role will be responsible for supporting clients in identifying solutions, supporting the PMO team and supporting multimedia requests. You would get the chance to work within a world-leading company and have access to the newest tech solutions and software while gaining exposure to various technology stacks.

What You Will Do:

• Support RFP, proposals, and customer pursuit activities where multimedia localization is a core requirement
• Support sales, solutions architects and operations teams with customer-facing multimedia localization solutioning
• Work closely with an extended global team on multimedia requests making sure that the solutions we offer support delivery in a timely manner and with the expected quality
• Investigate, suggest, and implement new solutions
• Set up, manage, and configure new solutions
• Work closely with customers to address their needs
• Stay current on emerging design technologies, AI-powered creative tools, multimedia trends, and best practices
• Identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness and scalability of multimedia localization solutions

To Be Successful You Will Have:

• Experience or knowledge of Multimedia and eLearning processes and tool
• The ability to learn new spaces and skills quickly, follow instructions, and deal with ambiguity
• The ability to work with teams globally, understand requirements, and translate into actions/advice/requests
• Outstanding communication and writing skills, including ability to ask questions or share information with clarity and brevity.
• Proficiency with eLearning tools and Translation platforms
• Innovation Mindset: Curiosity about emerging technologies, AI tools, and creative approaches to customer engagement.
• Adaptability: Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities and business needs.
