HR Administration Support

We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Administration Associate (Contractor Support) to provide administrative support related to contractor documentation and people operations within an international gaming organization.

This is an on-site opportunity based in Warsaw, offered under a civil law contract (Umowa Zlecenie).

What You Will Do

• Provide administrative support related to contractor documentation
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding
• Assist with documentation required for foreign nationals and work authorization processes
• Update and maintain information in internal systems and databases
• Support documentation filing, archiving and record maintenance activities

To Be Successful You Will Have

• Interest in HR, administration, operations, or people-related processes
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to communicate effectively in Polish and English
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous experience in HR, administration, customer service, or operations is welcome but not required
