Global Program Manager

Aim Of The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Global Program Manager, Localization.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects and initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

• Engage with customers to understand customers’ business localization needs and challenges: lead their teams to execute on defined solutions across all service offerings
• Recognize customer needs and proactively focus on fulfilling these needs through innovative thinking and collaboration with internal technical, production, quality, Community, and management teams.
• Manage margin and other KPIs on assigned localization program(s) in line with corporate performance and profitability goals.
• Work with operations leadership, Lionbridge’s Sales team and offshore teams to ensure customer satisfaction and implement continual process improvement, measurement/benchmarking, and automation across all lines of service delivery
• Manage localization program workflows including financial processes, technical solutions and headcount planning

To Be Successful You Will Have

• Minimum 5+ years of localization experience in program management, finance or marketing.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including slide concept creation, requirements documents and presentation-building
• Experience with Luxury brand customers an advantage
• Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to deal with ambiguity and juggle multiple assignments and deadlines associated with working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Fluency in English is required. Fluency in French and additional languages would be an advantage.
