We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Global Program Manager, Localization.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects and initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
Engage with customers to understand customers’ business localization needs and challenges: lead their teams to execute on defined solutions across all service offerings
Recognize customer needs and proactively focus on fulfilling these needs through innovative thinking and collaboration with internal technical, production, quality, Community, and management teams.
Manage margin and other KPIs on assigned localization program(s) in line with corporate performance and profitability goals.
Work with operations leadership, Lionbridge’s Sales team and offshore teams to ensure customer satisfaction and implement continual process improvement, measurement/benchmarking, and automation across all lines of service delivery
Manage localization program workflows including financial processes, technical solutions and headcount planning
To Be Successful You Will Have
Minimum 5+ years of localization experience in program management, finance or marketing.
Strong oral and written communication skills, including slide concept creation, requirements documents and presentation-building
Experience with Luxury brand customers an advantage
Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to deal with ambiguity and juggle multiple assignments and deadlines associated with working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Fluency in English is required. Fluency in French and additional languages would be an advantage.
