Gaming Recruiter

Do you have a strong instinct for people, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and feel at home working with data? Can you speak with a candidate, update your pipeline, and still keep track of what actually matters?

You'll be joining a recruitment team focused on high-volume, entry-level hiring for the gaming space. This role goes beyond reviewing CVs - you'll have a real impact on who joins our teams and how we hire.

We're looking for someone who's comfortable navigating a mix of people, data, and a bit of chaos - and can keep a sense of humor along the way. This is a dynamic environment where priorities and things move quickly. On a daily basis, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment processes, work closely with hiring managers, analyze data, and ensure a great candidate experience.

You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy working at a fast pace, can confidently prioritize, navigate different expectations, and stay focused on what really matters - while adapting your communication to different audiences.

What You'll be doing:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes in a high-volume environment
  • Actively source candidates using a variety of channels and approaches
  • Manage candidate pipelines and prioritize effectively in a fast-moving setting
  • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates and ensure a positive experience
  • Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Work with recruitment data - analyze results and report insights
  • Identify areas for improvement and suggest process enhancements.

What We're looking for:
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Confidence working with data - Excel is part of your everyday toolkit
  • Ability to turn data into clear insights and communicate them effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, even when everything feels urgent
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • A collaborative mindset and openness to working with different stakeholders
  • A sense of ownership - you take responsibility for your work and decisions
  • A proactive approach - you look for better ways of doing things
  • A positive attitude and a sense of humor (it really helps)
  • English (B2)
  • Polish (C1 or native)
  • An interest in gaming - professionally or personally.

What You get:
  • Employment based on a full-time employment contract
  • Hybrid working model - 2 days in our Warsaw office, the rest remote
  • Employee benefits package (including private medical insurance, group life insurance, sports card, holiday allowance, an additional day off on your birthday).
  • A small, close-knit team where collaboration is real, not just a buzzword
  • A fast-moving environment where there's always something happening
  • Opportunity to work on gaming-related projects.
