Lionbridge is seeking a Director of Solution Architecture to lead a high-performing team responsible for shaping impactful, scalable solutions across localization, content, and AI-driven services.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to Sales, Operations, Product, and executive stakeholders- helping translate complex customer challenges into forward-thinking solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. You'll play a critical role in influencing strategy, elevating customer engagement, and ensuring our solution capabilities continue to evolve alongside emerging technologies and market demands.

What You Will Do

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a strategic vision for the architecture team, aligning with overall business goals.
• Work closely with Sales, Operational and Product owners to drive customer engagement and strategic roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product messaging and positioning.
• Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Engage with potential and existing clients to present our solutions, highlighting their benefits and competitive advantages.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs.
• Support the sales process to successful closure.
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into our solutions to enhance value for clients.
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of solution experts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure team members have the resources and knowledge needed to succeed.
• Operational Excellence: Collaborate with operations and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solutions.
• Implement best practices and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

To Be Successful You Will Have

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within solution engineering or solution architecture, preferably within the content, localization or AI data services industry.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
• Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong negotiation skills and a track record of successful deal closures.
• Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and staying ahead of industry trends.

• Competitive pay based on the work you'll do here and not your previous salary. Expected Compensation: $180,000 - $200,000 USD/year base pay(dependent on experience), plus bonus
