Lionbridge is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team in Mexico City. This role will serve as a vital link between our business objectives and technology capabilities, helping drive product excellence and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile environments, excellent collaboration skills, and the ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for cross-functional teams.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements and user stories
Translate high-level product goals into detailed business and functional requirements in JIRA
Partner with Engineering and Design teams to ensure requirements are well understood and properly implemented
Support agile workflows by refining and updating user epics and stories
Analyze current systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement or automation
Assist in user research, stakeholder interviews, and data analysis to guide product strategy
Support product performance measurement through both qualitative and quantitative data
Create and maintain documentation (e.g., process flows, data models, use cases, test scenarios)
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate features against requirements
Participate in and support Diversity & Inclusion initiatives within the organization
To Be Successful You Will Have
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role in a digital or enterprise environment
Proven experience working with Agile teams and methodologies
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Adobe Analytics, and/or Splunk
Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Background in digital web applications or enterprise software (hospitality or B2B a plus)
Familiarity with CRM, booking, or event management systems
Ability to break down complex problems into structured, actionable requirements
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills across technical and business teams
Fluency in English (written and verbal)
High attention to detail while keeping sight of larger business goals
A mindset focused on continuous improvement and delivering value
