AI & Automation Lead

At Lionbridge, we are looking for an AI & Automation Lead to help transform the way we deliver services through AI, automation, and intelligent workflows.

This is a hands-on role focused on designing and implementing AI-powered solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enable our teams to scale more effectively. You will work at the intersection of PMO, Language AI, Data Services, and Technology, turning business challenges into practical, scalable solutions.

What You Will Do

• Partner with Language AI, Data Services, and Technology teams to design and deploy AI-driven solutions.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational scalability.
• Reduce turnaround times and increase efficiency through intelligent automation.
• Deploy AI agents and automation solutions that reduce administrative workload across PM and delivery teams.
• Eliminate manual reporting, tracking, and coordination activities across the delivery lifecycle.
• Build automation and workflows supporting project intake, execution, reporting, and operational delivery.
• Evaluate existing tools, systems, and processes to identify AI and automation opportunities.
• Redesign and modernize workflows using an automation-first mindset.
• Build and deploy end-to-end automated workflows and system integrations.
• Support AI Training Data operations through solutions that improve data collection, generation, labeling, and annotation processes.
• Standardize and scale automation solutions across teams, programs, and service lines.
• Promote responsible, secure, and effective adoption of AI technologies across the organization.

To Be Successful You Will Have

• Proven experience driving process optimization, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, PMO operations, and business workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, prompt engineering, and AI-powered automation.
• Ability to translate business challenges into scalable AI and automation solutions.
• Experience integrating AI outputs into operational tools, workflows, and reporting environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of responsible AI adoption, governance, and quality assurance principles.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across Operations, Delivery, Technology, and Leadership teams.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Nice to Have
• Experience deploying AI agents or workflow orchestration solutions.
• Experience supporting Language AI, AI Training Data, Localization, or related service environments.
• Knowledge of low-code automation platforms, workflow tools, or process orchestration solutions.
• Experience contributing to enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
• Project, Program, Agile, or Change Management certifications.
