Visual Presentation Designer
We are looking for a Visual Presentation Designer to work as part of our Lionbridge team embedded in the client’s Customer Service Marketing Group; to support C-Suite level internal stakeholders by producing new or transforming existing data into highly creative and professionally crafted visuals.
The Visual Presentation Designer will be responsible for designing and editing advanced-level PowerPoint presentations with a strong focus on visual storytelling to reinforce key messages while adhering to client brand standards.
The ideal candidate should possess a high degree of professionalism, strong business communication skills and client focus, meticulous attention to detail, ability to multitask, prioritize, work efficiently towards deadlines and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, both working independently or in teams.
What You Will Do
- Enhance advanced-level PowerPoint presentations to:
- Execute complex and ambiguous edits with minimal direction
- Improve existing slides visual content depending on client objectives
- Create new advanced-level PowerPoint presentations: Propose new creative and outside-of-the-box ideas/layouts within the limits of the client’s brand by using PPT, stock photos, or illustrations for a final polished new concept.
- Do basic formatting of existing PPT content slides without necessarily changing the layout or existing creative concept:
- Clean up, align elements, adjust colors, improve legibility, correct font types and sizes according to branding and client direction.
- Maintain high quality standards by proofing work for errors, consistency, and adherence to standard format and delivering high quality results with the perfect balance between creative ideas and execution.
- Work well in teams under the guide of a Lead or Sr. Designer or independently while managing end-to-end execution of projects, working directly with C-Suite stakeholders to gather requirements, align expectations, oversee production quality checks, and ensure delivery meets the highest standards of accuracy, consistency, and excellence.
- Proactive approach to on-time communication of possible risks, time management, and adherence to brand standards, quality outcomes, and production processes.
- High level of confidentiality required (inhouse support)
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Support client requests outside of PPT Visual Presentation Design tasks (Print assets, vector editing or custom illustrations, infographics, customer journeys, magazine and digital ads, interactive PDFs, etc.
- Occasional basic creative requests involving Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat
To Be Successful You Will Have
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant Executive Presentation Design experience or similar role.
- English fluency in both written and verbal communications (C1 level or above)
- High degree of computer literacy (Mac OS preferred)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint for slide creation and editing.
- Basic to medium skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel.
- Medium to high knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Basic to medium knowledge of InDesign and Acrobat Pro/DC
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy to meet client requirements
- Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills; thinks "outside of the box”
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High level of self-motivation and enthusiasm
- Ability to work both in teams and independently, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated talent to prioritize tasks under narrow time limitations to produce accurate results
