The Project Manager leads the end-to-end delivery of creative content initiatives— planning, execution, and final asset delivery across multiple programs. This role requires a strategic problem-solver with exceptional organizational capabilities and strong financial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, cost control.

What You Will Do

Content & Program Delivery

  • Oversee end-to-end content development across multiple programs, including review cycles, and final asset delivery.
  • Consolidate stakeholder feedback into clear, actionable direction for creative and production teams.
  • Collaborate with the Lionbridge localization team to transition approved assets seamlessly into downstream workflows.

Project Execution & Risk Management

  • Lead project delivery across scope, timeline, and budget; proactively identify risks and resolve issues early.
  • Maintain strong project governance through disciplined tracking, reporting, and escalation management.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.

Process Optimization

  • Improve and streamline production workflows to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across content operations to reduce friction and increase throughput.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

  • Serve as a primary day-to-day point of contact for customers, ensuring proactive communication and clear expectation setting.
  • Provide transparent status updates, highlight risks, and offer recommendations with strategic insight.
  • Respond promptly to concerns and manage escalations to maintain customer satisfaction.

Scheduling & Resource Management

  • Support scheduling, capacity planning, and resource allocation to balance workload and maximize productivity.
  • Manage changes to scope or timelines, assess impacts, and negotiate adjustments with clients.
  • Support team performance and engagement through clear priorities and structured task assignments.

Financial Oversight

  • Manage financial administration for assigned projects, including project setup, budgeting, cost control, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
  • Track project profitability and margins; escalate variances and implement corrective actions as needed.

Strategic Collaboration

  • Partner with Program Management and Account Management to support program strategy, operational plans, and growth opportunities.
  • Provide insights on resourcing, process improvements, and customer needs to drive long-term program success.

To Be Successful You Will Have

  • 5+ years of end-to-end project management experience, successfully leading complex programs through the full project lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and collaborate with geographically dispersed teams, including creative, cross-functional, and vendor partners.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and guide teams through ambiguity.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope, consistently meeting rigorous schedules and quality expectations.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning, including cost control and optimization of team capacity.
  • Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field such as Project Management, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal) required, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, cross-functional teams, and senior stakeholders.
