Material Handler

Lionbridge is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Manufacturing Technician I to join our growing Manufacturing team. This entry-level role supports fabrication operations by assisting with basic tasks.  The Manufacturing Technician I works alongside senior technicians to ensure equipment uptime, operational efficiency, and adherence to safety and quality standards. This position offers hands-on, on-the-job training and clear opportunities for skill development and career growth within a manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do

• Communicate with vendor laundry service providers to coordinate services and resolve issues.
•  Communicate with internal customers regarding their laundry service needs.
• Refill smock and coverall shelves using step stools as needed.

To Be Successful You Will Have

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong interest in manufacturing, fabrication processes, and technology.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical skills.
• Ability to focus, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to walk long distances and perform light physical tasks throughout the workday.
• Comfort using step stools or similar equipment to access shelving.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to learning and development.
