Position Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Operations Analyst to join our Human Resources team. This role will support the HRMS named Darwinbox and assist in utilizing technology to streamline HR processes globally. The ideal candidate will have some experience or educational background in HR operations, familiarity with SaaS systems, intermediate Excel skills, and strong communication abilities. This position is a great opportunity for individuals looking to grow their career in HR technology.

Schedule

This role requires you to be available to work from 7am to 4pm CST twice a week and 8am to 5pm CST the other days. The schedule may be different during the first few weeks for training.


What You Will Do

  • Assist in the operation and maintenance of the HRMS (Darwinbox), ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.
  • Support HR team members in optimizing global HR processes and workflows using technology.
  • Help maintain employee records and ensure HR data integrity.
  • Generate basic HR reports and analytics using Excel to assist in data-driven decision-making.
  • Learn to interpret HR data to provide insights and support HR leadership.
  • Assist in troubleshooting system issues and coordinate with IT or external vendors for resolution.
  • Participate in configuring entry-level aspects of the HRMS to meet organizational needs.
  • Provide basic training and support to HR staff and other users on Darwinbox functionalities.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving HRMS performance and user experience.
  • Help audit downstream systems to ensure data accuracy and minimal errors.
  • Support adherence to data privacy and security protocols in HR operations.

To be Successful You Will Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with global HR operations and SaaS systems is a plus.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., basic formulas, data sorting, pivot table).
  • Strong communication skills, in English and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in HR processes and best practices.
  • Previous experience with HRMS systems, preferably Darwinbox, is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools, like Power BI or AI platforms are a plus.
