Job Description
As a Field Engagement Manager, you will work in direct, close partnership with the customer’s regional stakeholders, managing strong day‑to‑day relationships and ensuring seamless coordination of all review activities across global markets. You will schedule and oversee reviews, support content enhancements, and collaborate with production and localization teams to deliver accurate and market‑relevant website content.

You will help shape style guides and glossaries, support launch planning, maintain up‑to‑date translation resources, and continuously improve workflows. This role requires excellent communication skills, independence, and the ability to quickly resolve issues — all essential for delivering a consistent, high‑quality content experience for the client. 


What You Will Do 

  • Manage the relationship with the regional reviewers in order to schedule reviews.  
  • Work with global teams to enhance the online content for the Customer.  
  • Collaborate with the production team to create, implement and maintain appropriate site content.  
  • Work with the reviewers to create style guides and glossaries, common localization documentation/reference material.  

CONTENT: 

  • Ramp-up knowledge of the product content, brand, global customer in order to help make key strategic decisions  
  • Awareness of demands of international markets and their effect on the content  

Future launch planning: 

  • Scheduling reviews  
  • Capacity of linguists and reviewers 
  • Coordinate workflow on rapid turn-around schedules to meet client needs for compelling user content according to market sensitivities.  
  • Collaborate with localization teams to initiate and implement procedural changes and customized workflows.  
  • Resolve questions and issues in a timely and effective manner for clients and internal teams.  
  • Coordinate translation teams to manage TMs and ensure these are always up to date with the latest feedback. 


To Be Successful You Will Have 

  • Experience working within a fast-paced localization environment  
  • Strong IT skills are required, as is experience working with xml, html, CMS etc. 
  • Experience in Program Management, Risk Management and Contingency Planning. 
  • Propose, manage and optimize processes. Candidate needs to be driven and capable of improving workflows, turnaround times etc. 
  • Excellent editorial skills along with a keen eye for detail and quality awareness are imperative.  
  • Excellent organizational, presentation, verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact across all functions in the organization  
  • Language skills are a distinct advantage 
  • An ability to be self-sufficient and manage own workload but ask for support when required (minimum of supervision) 
  • “Can-do” attitude and will push through solutions by asking for support at right time
