Job Title: Recruiter (Contract)
Location: Warsaw, PL
Compensation: 6500-7500 PL gross per month

Lionbridge Games seeks a highly motivated, results-driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team! Recruiters focus on delivering our full-lifecycle recruitment process and driving our talent pipeline by partnering with leaders and hiring managers to plan, source and recruit strong talent for high volume roles. This role is located in Warsaw, PL and has rare expectations to come into the office (possibly once every few months).

What You Will Do

• Partner with leaders and teams to understand role requirements, set clear expectations and implement effective recruiting plans to hire great people
• Meet and exceed your goals that include number of hires, time to fill, interview to offer ratio, quality of hire and offer acceptance rate
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all internal and external candidates; sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer
• Use labor market expertise to leverage appropriate candidate channels to attract high-quality candidates
• Work in partnership with Warsaw Studio leadership and Global Games recruiting team to develop holistic hiring strategies

To Be Successful You Will Have

• 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Experience using a variety of sourcing and marketing methodologies including social and professional networking, job postings and scheduled candidate campaigns
• Ability to grow positive and credible relationships with candidates, hiring managers and teammates
• Understanding of or experience with hiring in the Video Games industry
• Professional-level language proficiency in English.
