Treasury Analyst Are you a finance professional who enjoys solving complex challenges and making an impact on a global scale? Lionbridge is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support our global treasury operations by managing cash flow, optimizing banking activities, and delivering financial insights that help drive sound business decisions across our worldwide organization.
In this role, you'll partner with Finance teams across multiple countries to support liquidity management, improve treasury processes, and strengthen the financial foundation that enables Lionbridge to serve customers around the globe. What You Will Do
- Monitor daily cash positions across domestic and international bank accounts to support global liquidity management.
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze short- and long-term cash flow forecasts.
- Support global cash concentration, intercompany funding, and liquidity initiatives.
- Coordinate banking service requests, account maintenance, and treasury administration activities.
- Build and maintain cash forecasting models to improve forecast accuracy and decision-making.
- Assist with treasury reporting, analytics, and financial performance metrics.
- Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Payroll, and other Finance teams to support treasury operations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline treasury processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Support treasury-related projects, banking implementations, and process improvements as needed.
To Be Successful You Will Have
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Two or more years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, accounting, or a related financial discipline.
- Ability to work core business hours aligned with the U.S. Eastern Time Zone.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with financial modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience working with treasury management systems, ERP platforms, or global banking environments is a plus.

- Competitive pay based on the work you'll do here and not your previous salary. Expected Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 USD/year (dependent on experience)
