Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will own IT delivery governance and executive reporting, including the CIO Dashboard, the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process, and reporting across all transactional projects and sprint activity. This role is based in India. This is an exciting opportunity working with our internal business partners and external software/IT resources in a fast-paced Agile development environment to deliver innovative solutions which simplify the business and meet our internal and external customers' need for immediacy, mobility, and ubiquity.

What You Will Do :

• Own the CIO Dashboard end to end: define metrics and incident parameters (e.g. outages, degradations, downtime hours), manage the underlying data and trackers in SharePoint, and ensure accurate, timely executive reporting

• Own the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process: coordinate RCAs across teams, track actions to closure, and maintain the supporting process documentation and training

• Manage Azure Devops and all maintain project overview from a reporting perspective, providing consolidated status, metrics and trend analysis for stakeholders

• Manage Agile based IT sprints, including daily standups, sprint planning and retrospectives, and own all sprint reporting (velocity, quality and progress)

• Ensure the delivery of changes/user stories with predictable velocity and quality

• Manage communications with internal and external stakeholders

• Measure results of changes implemented to confirm business value

• Ownership of operational calls within ownership areas, i.e. project management status update calls, change management, incident management

• Mentor and support other personnnel in Lionbridge

To Be Successful You Will Have:

• Strong data analytics and reporting skills, with the ability to collect, analyze and visualize data (e.g. Excel, SharePoint, Power BI or similar) and turn it into clear executive-level insight

• Excellent judgement and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize, weigh trade-offs and make sound decisions independently

• Experience with incident management and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) processes

• Excellent project management and communication skills, including Executive level reporting

• Self-starter with experience leading small teams and motivating others to perform

• ITIL 4 certifications \best practice approach

• PMP / Agile project management / ScrumMaster certification is a plus

• BS in Computer Science or related degree
