The Technical Project Manager (Localization) works in a customer-facing role and is fully accountable for running and delivering assigned projects. S/he will manage technical, operational, and administrative elements of localization projects and ensure customer satisfaction whilst meeting contractual, financial and delivery goals. This person keeps localization program managers and other stakeholders informed about project progress and flags outstanding deliverables or potential delays.
The ideal candidate is willing and able to handle a heavy day-to-day workload consisting of technical activities (incl. troubleshooting), content handoff/handback, and administrative tasks. Hands-on technical experience with web-based localization pipelines, GIT-based code repositories & branching is welcome. Familiarity with cloud computing is a strong plus.
Responsibilities:
Configure, monitor and troubleshoot technical processes and automation pipelines.
Manage stakeholder relationships and serve as their primary day-to-day project contact.
Collaborate with multiple internal & external production partners and stakeholders.
Develop & maintain project schedules to achieve on-time delivery in line with contractual KPIs.
Identify and manage changes to project scope ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
Ensure all quality requirements are implemented and meet key performance indicators.
Implement a communication plan and report project status to internal and external stakeholders.
Identify project risks and manage or escalate as appropriate.
Resolve localization questions and issues in a timely and effective manner.
Offer advice and suggestions on how to improve steps to better meet customer needs.

3+ years project management experience
