Application Instructions (Please Read Carefully)
To ensure a smooth application and onboarding process, please follow the guidelines below when entering your information into NOVA:
- Use Proper Case for all fields (Proper Case means capitalizing the first letter of each word, e.g., "John Smith" - not "JOHN SMITH" or "john smith")
- Do not enter information in ALL CAPS or all lowercase, as this may create duplicate profiles in the system
- Enter your preferred name - this should be a professional variation of your real name (e.g., "John" instead of "John Michael Smith")
- Do not use nicknames, aliases, or non-professional names (e.g., gamer tags or unrelated names)
- Avoid duplicating your full legal name in the preferred name field
Failure to follow these instructions may result in delays to your application processing, onboarding, and project start date.
