At Lionbridge, we're pushing the boundaries of innovation, and we're looking for a Process Developer ready to take on one of our most ambitious initiatives. In this role, you will design and implement advanced orchestration solutions using Camunda, contribute to complex system integrations, and help drive meaningful transformation across the organization.

What You Will Do:

  • Design and develop process orchestration solutions using BPMN and DMN on the Camunda platform.
  • Build, configure, and optimize workflows, decision tables, and decision services to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using Camunda APIs, SDKs, connectors, and job workers.
  • Write, review, and maintain process-related code and configurations using technologies such as JSON, FEEL, and Go.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical and process-related challenges.
  • Perform testing, debugging, deployment, and performance optimization to ensure reliable and scalable solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and development best practices.

To Be Successful You Will Have:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience developing process orchestration solutions using BPMN and DMN, preferably on the Camunda platform.
  • Experience in software development, including coding, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
  • Strong understanding of JSON structures, FEEL expressions, REST APIs, and modern integration patterns.
  • Proficiency in at least one high-level programming language such as Java or .NET.
  • Knowledge of software development best practices, including SDLC, unit testing, and refactoring techniques.
  • Experience working in Agile environments using frameworks such as Scrum.
  • Camunda certification and experience optimizing complex processes are considered strong advantages.
