Localization & Content Operations Specialist (Freelance)

Key Responsibilities

Localization & Review: Translate, review, and adapt content, UI text, and scripts for linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance.
Content Operations: Manage content catalogs, metadata, quality checks, content updates, and removals.
Payment Operations: Support payment-related tasks using internal systems.
Marketing Operations: Assist with setting up and monitoring marketing campaigns.
Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and handle ad-hoc operational tasks.

Requirements

• Experience in translation, localization, linguistic quality assurance (LQA), or reviewing localized UI and scripts.
• Strong command of English (Australia) and understanding of local cultural nuances.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn the required operation processes (training provided).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with children's content, educational materials, or family-oriented digital platforms.
• Familiarity with current trends in children's entertainment, digital content, and products in Australia.
• Experience in content operations, project coordination, or digital marketing support.
