Position overview
The Language Production Lead coordinates and executes language-related activities while adhering to customer requirements and internal processes. This role involves improving processes, managing complex linguistic issues, and enhancing customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate on client proposals and project execution, driving continuous improvement.
• Analyse complex source text for linguistic requirements and prepare instructions.
• Manage terminology, develop linguistic assets, and implement work processes.
• Monitor quality metrics, partner performance, and provide feedback.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients.
• Aid, training and adapt to the ever-evolving needs of the role & projects.

• Proficiency in language technology concepts and tools.

Educational qualifications and work experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Languages, Translation, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office and professional working proficiency in English.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in Translation, Localization, or Linguistics.
