As a Junior HR Generalist at Lionbridge Games, you will support the smooth and compliant execution of core HR operations in alignment with local labor laws and corporate standards. This is an onsite position based in Warsaw, where you'll play a vital role in onboarding, employee documentation, HR systems administration, and supporting our global and local workforce.
What You Will Do
Collect documentation for newly hired employees and contractors in line with Polish labor law and corporate requirements
Handle civil law contracts and coordinate the start or end of engagements
Verify work permits and oversee all formalities for employing foreign nationals
Prepare employment contracts, annexes, amendments, and termination documentation
Support and conduct onboarding processes for employees and contractors
Lead and maintain induction sessions for new joiners
Register, deregister, and update employee/contractor data with ZUS (Social Insurance Institution)
Maintain and archive personal files in accordance with legal standards
Monitor expiration dates of medical certificates, employment agreements, and health & safety training
Coordinate with the H&S inspector to schedule and record mandatory safety training
Administer and update HR systems
Carry out other HR-related tasks as directed by your supervisor
To Be Successful You Will Have
Bachelor’s degree
1–2 years of experience in an HR
Basic understanding of Polish labor law and HR processes
Familiarity with handling civil law contracts and employee documentation
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to communicate in English and Polish (written and spoken)
