Lionbridge Poland is looking for a skilled IT Specialist who will support our employees in everyday IT challenges with their knowledge and experience.

The person in this position will have the opportunity to work with the latest technological solutions, newset hardware and join our amazing and experienced local IT Support Team. 

 

What You Will Do:

  • Configure, install, maintain and support local IT hardware – laptop & desktop PCs, peripherals, printers/copiers, audio/visual conferencing systems etc.
  • Coordinate with local & global 3rd party vendors in order to resolve local IT services issues - hardware failures, ISP incidents etc.
  • Coordinate & follow-up on hardware shipments/deliveries to/from local end users or 3rd party hardware providers.
  • Create & maintain up to date local IT workplace related documentation.
  • Actively support all local office changes from an IT perspective.
  • Provide on site hands & eyes assistance for other remote IT teams.
  • Provide both on site and remote L2 SME support to Lionbridge end users.
  • Travel to other European offices to provide on site IT support when necessary.
  • Handle all assigned support tickets via Lionbridge’s ITSM tool within agreed SLAs.
  • Assist with ongoing local, regional, or global projects. 

 

To Be Successful You Will Have:

  • 3+ years experience in a similar IT technical support role.
  • Proficient in supporting client Windows operating systems.
  • Proficient with various client hardware platforms and diagnosing failed hardware components.
  • Basic networking skills to include TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP with exposure to client network connectivity diagnostics and troubleshooting (LAN, WAN).
  • Microsoft o365 administration skills and hands-on experience with Microsoft (or other) security tools would be an asset.
  • Experience supporting VDI solutions is considered a plus.
  • Experience with 3rd party vendor interactions (laptops / desktops) for repair and replacement of parts.
  • Operational knowledge of ITIL/ITSM concepts and tools (Zendesk).
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse group of technical and non-technical individuals.
  • B2+ English skills with ability to communicate on technical matters.
