Senior IT  Project Manager

The Senior IT Project Manager will manage large projects (new system implementations, system upgrades, major enhancements).  This is an exciting opportunity working with our internal business partners and external software/IT resources in a fast-paced Agile development environment to deliver innovative solutions which simplify the business and meet our internal and external customers' need for immediacy, mobility, and ubiquity. 

What You Will Do:

• Manage large global Enterprise Application\Infrastructure projects
• Manage delivery team, including daily standups, sprint planning and retrospectives
• Ensure the delivery of changes/user stories with predictable velocity and quality
• Manage communications with internal and external stakeholders
• Measure results of changes implemented to confirm business value
• Take ownership of an operational call, i.e. project management status update calls, change management, incident management
• Mentor role to other PMs in the PMO group

To Be Successful You Will Have:

• Experience leading large Enterprise Application implementations and upgrades
• End to end Project Management experience: gathering requirements, vendor selection, planning and implementation, identifying risks and removing obstacles to achieve a successful outcome
• Excellent project management and communication skills, including Executive level reporting
• Self-starter with experience leading small teams and motivating others to perform
• ITIL 4 certifications \best practice approach
• PMP / Agile project management / ScrumMaster certification is a plus
• BS in Computer Science or related degree
