Inventory Project Manager

Lionbridge Games is seeking an Inventory Project Manager to monitor and report on the company’s inventory with a focus on Lionbridge Gaming Labs worldwide. 

Your chief goal with be to keep track of the existing hardware and space inventory levels, perform inventory audits as well as work with the Games Test Leadership team on planning needs and budgets for new inventory as well with IT and procurement team to track all new HW purchases.

What you will do:

• Work with internal teams on creating an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
• Examine the levels of hardware to determine shortages.
• Document deliveries and shipments to update inventory.
• Prepare detailed reports on inventory levels.
• Perform analysis to predict potential inventory problems.
• Work with internal teams on creating and submitting quarterly hardware budgets and needs.
• Collaborate with the Inventory management team to analyze different suppliers and obtain the best cost-effective deals.
• Other duties as assigned.

To be successful you will have:

• Preferable bachelor’s degree or working experience related to this field.
• Good communication & organizational skills
• Reporting and analysis skills
• Independent problem-solving skills
• Experience with MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel, Power BI.
