Reporting to the Director of Security & Quality (CISO), the Information Security Manager, Games will play a key role in protecting Lionbridge's global Games business by driving security governance, supporting security investigations, conducting security assessments, and acting as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and customers.

This role combines security governance, risk management, incident response coordination, customer security engagement, and site assessments. You will serve as a bridge between operational teams, technical stakeholders, and customers, ensuring that security controls are understood, implemented, and continuously improved across our Games division.

This is a highly visible role offering significant autonomy, international exposure, and the opportunity to work closely with Gaming customers, operational teams, and senior leadership.

What You Will Do

  • Support and continuously improve the Games Information Security Management System (ISMS) in alignment with ISO 27001.
  • Act as a trusted security advisor to Operations, IT, Engineering, Legal, and other business stakeholders.
  • Lead and support security assessments of Games facilities, processes, and controls across our global operations.
  • Coordinate and investigate security incidents, working with technical teams to assess impact, identify root causes, and document findings.
  • Represent Lionbridge's security program during customer audits, security reviews, and questionnaire requests.
  • Partner with customers and internal teams to address security concerns and demonstrate the effectiveness of Lionbridge's security controls.
  • Deliver security awareness activities, support compliance initiatives, and help drive a culture of security across the Games business.
  • Track security risks, metrics, and improvement initiatives, ensuring ongoing compliance with business and customer requirements.

To Be Successful You Will Have

  • 5+ years of experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Security Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Security Assurance, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting or managing an ISO 27001-based Information Security Management System (ISMS).
  • Experience participating in security incident investigations and response activities.
  • Strong understanding of security controls, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience conducting security assessments, audits, or operational reviews.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including customers.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and confidently challenge decisions when security risks are identified.
  • Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CompTIA Security+, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, CIPT, or similar are preferred but not required.

Nice To Have

  • Experience supporting customer-facing security programs, audits, or security reviews. Experience working in the gaming, technology, SaaS, or digital services industry.
  • Familiarity with privacy and data protection frameworks.
  • Personal interest in gaming or understanding of the gaming industry.
