HCM Business Systems Analyst
As a HCM Business Systems Analyst you are responsible for activities that support Lionbridge’s core HCM, Time, Performance and Talent Management application.
Primary Responsibilities
• Be a key member of the Darwinbox implementation team and serve as a subject matter expert on Darwinbox HCM system capabilities and potential system changes; plan, organize, and implement changes (maintenance, upgrades, new features)
• Participate in QA process, development of test plans, assists in testing, training plan development and training, support for users, and developing user documentation (i.e., test documents, reference guides, etc.).
• Liaise with Darwinbox cloud support team to track and resolve open cases and drive future roadmap features.
• Liaise with HR and business stakeholders to identify business requirements and write/create functional/technical design documents
• Follow the Agile process and ensure that the stories are completed in a timely fashion.
• Manage DarwinBox role based permissions and system security.
• Build, Test and support data integrations between Darwinbox HCM system and other applications
• Partner with HR Global Operations to ensure data integrity
• Create and maintain Darwinbox system support documentation for L1/L2 support and end users

Skills and Experience Requirements
• Required Experience:
• 5+ years HRIS implementation and project management experience
• Darwinbox HCM (Core, Time, Talent, Performance and Analytics) strongly desired.
• Experience in Payroll Support, Overtime Rules, Work Schedules, Leave Entitlements and Quotas
• Monitoring HR Data quality and Security
• Third Party HR data integrations and API’s
• Experience with SCRUM, Kanban or other Agile methodology
• HRIS system technical and customer support experience
• Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science.
