Game Playtester

Love games? Want to influence how they feel before players dive into new updates and features? Join Lionbridge Games as an on-site Game Playtester and step right into the heart of game creation!

You'll jump into guided play sessions, explore content for battle royale/shooter/FPS AAA titles, and share your impressions to help shape the final player experience.

What You Will Do

• Testing gameplay content in multiple short play sessions,
• Following specific scenarios, playstyles, and focus points,
• Filling out quick feedback surveys in English after each session,
• Sharing clear, honest thoughts about fun factor, usability, balance, and overall feel,
• Testing on-site at Konstruktorska 13, Warsaw.

What We're Looking For

• Good English reading & writing (min. B2 level),
• Strong attention to detail,
• Reliability and comfort following structured instructions,
• A genuine love for games and interactive experiences with strong interest in FPS / Shooter / Battle Royale titles.

• Contract of mandate (Umowa Zlecenie) | 31,40 PLN gross / per hour.

• Please note that this is not a remote role - daily presence in the office in Warsaw, Poland is required,
• We do not sponsor or assist with obtaining Visa or work permit,
• You must meet specific citizenship or work permit requirements to be considered for this role (e.g. Polish citizenship, EU citizenship, permanent residence, or a valid work permit),
