Lionbridge is actively seeking a Benefits Specialist to provide essential support for our leave and accommodation administration and general benefits processes. This role is key to ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company policies serving as a resource for employees, managers, and internal stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Serve as the primary contact for leave and accommodation inquiries, ensuring accurate tracking and timely follow-up.
Assist the Benefits Manager with day-to-day benefits administration and employee inquiries.
Provide back-up support to the Benefits Manager, including payroll-related tasks and new hire orientations.
Manage workers’ compensation claims and OSHA reporting.
Maintain PTO and state-mandated sick leave programs, ensuring compliance.
Support critical benefits periods such as open enrollment and annual compliance processes.
To Be Successful You Will Have
2+ years of experience in Benefits, Leave, and Accommodation administration.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
PHR and/or SHRM-CP certification(s) preferred.
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local leave and accommodation laws.
Experience assisting employees with benefits inquiries and enrollment processes.
Strong client service orientation with clear, professional communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems (UKG, SAP) preferred.

Competitive pay based on the work you’ll do here and not your previous salary. Expected Compensation: $57,000 - $75,000 depending on experience
