Language Production Associate

Position Summary

The Language Quality Associate (LQ Associate) is responsible for executing defined Language tasks in the localization delivery process, adhering to the defined customer requirements and customer-specific language strategies, as well as internal language processes. 

What You Will Do

• Responsible for assigned production tasks, such as preparing translation instructions, performing quality checks and organizing Language Quality Inspections.
• Analyzes project source files using Lionbridge tools to determine the appropriate language process for standard products/services/file types.
• Creates and maintains language assets, such as glossaries and/or translation memories.
• Manages language queries and ensures they are resolved.
• Ensures timely execution of assigned tasks with expected quality, enabling successful on time and quality delivery to the customer.
• Communicates clearly, precisely, and effectively about the assigned projects and tasks with all stakeholders to complete those successfully. Other
• Carries out other Language Services tasks broadly within the scope of the role, based on instructions of their superior and/or the employer
