As an AI Program Manager, you will be a customer-facing, results-driven leader responsible for overseeing AI production and supporting AI process creation and workflow management. You will provide consultancy to the Operations and Sales teams on AI projects and opportunities, ensuring exceptional customer engagement and satisfaction. Your role will be critical in driving operational excellence and financial health of assigned accounts.
What You Will Do:
Engage with customers to understand their business needs and challenges; provide expert advice on integrating ML models with our technologies.
Manage the timely flow of all account project actions from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects meet quality, turnaround time, and budget expectations.
Recognize customer needs and proactively address them through innovative thinking and collaboration with internal teams.
Provide training and guidance to internal teams on AI-related concepts and processes.
Oversee the AI Production team, providing guidance and setting goals.
Ensure the accuracy of financial project data, workflows, schedules, and processes to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Own financial aspects for the production teams, including financial reporting, VAR, labor, and customer complaints.
Offer technical insights and solutions to stakeholders to enhance model performance in multilingual contexts.
Identify opportunities for increasing revenue from existing and new business streams through customer engagements.
Collaborate with and support Sales teams to exploit revenue growth opportunities within the AI business.
To Be Successful You Will Have:
Strong interpersonal skills, cross-group coordination at all levels, business acumen, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Extensive expertise and proven experience in the Localization industry.
At least 6 years’ experience managing localization, data science, or NLP projects.
Minimum 1 year experience in a research role in linguistic, social sciences, or computer science.
Working experience with translation tools and management platforms required.
Prior consultancy or advisory role experience is desirable.
Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
Passionate about customers, technology, and people.
Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, project management skills, organizational skills, and communication skills.
Ability to work under deadline pressure with superior judgment and team-building skills.
Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to juggle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
Innovative and creative mindset.
At least 4 years’ experience in project management, program management, finance, or marketing. Agency or entertainment/gaming industry experience is a plus.
Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language fluency is an advantage.
BA/BS required; advanced business degree preferred.

Competitive pay based on the work you’ll do here and not your previous salary. Expected Compensation: $110,000 - $135,000 USD/year dependent on experience.
