Position Summary

Lionbridge Technologies seeks a highly motivated, results-driven Account Manager to join the OPI (Interpretation) team. The Account Manager will be responsible for the successful growth of Lionbridge's market share within the OPI business. You will be responsible for building, nurturing, and growing strong relationships with key clients and sales colleagues while acting as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts.

What You Will Do
  • Independently contact prospective customers within assigned accounts to present Lionbridge's solutions
  • Maintain a robust, up-to-date pipeline for existing and upsell opportunities
  • Educate customers and clients on service lines, solutions, pricing, and availability while consistently achieving set revenue quotas
  • Collaborate and maintain relationships with Sales and internal/external Operations teams
  • Serve as the main point of contact for OPI clients: ensuring customer satisfaction, solving problems, presenting solutions and developing a strong business relationship with stakeholders.

To Be Successful You Will Have
  • 1 - 3 years' experience as an Account Manager or other comparable sales-focused role
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Proven ability to handle multiple related projects simultaneously while adhering to best practices
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, policies, and procedures within the business area
  • Proven skills working collaboratively in a team environment
