Video Game Tester

Love games? Want to play a key role in improving how they feel before they reach players around the world? Join Lionbridge Games as an on-site Video Game Tester and step directly into the core of the game development process!

As part of our testing team, you’ll get hands-on experience with a wide range of genres and titles — from action and RPGs to shooters, adventure games, and more. You’ll explore different stages of game development and ensure that every feature, mechanic, and update is polished and ready for release.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Executing assigned test cases across different game builds and features
• Identifying bugs, glitches, and inconsistencies during gameplay
• Clearly documenting all issues in our internal test database
• Re-testing previously reported bugs to confirm they’ve been properly fixed
• Sharing feedback on game quality, usability, and overall player experience
• Testing the game at various development stages to ensure release readiness
•  Supporting updates to test materials as projects evolve
• Expanding your knowledge of testing methods, tools, and gaming platforms

What We’re Looking For

• Good English reading, writing and speaking skills (minimum B2)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot even subtle inconsistencies
• Reliability and comfort working with structured test cases and guidelines
• A genuine passion for games across various genres and platforms\
• Enjoyment of collaborative cooperation and clear, effective communication

• Please note that this is not a remote role — daily presence in the office in Warsaw, Poland is required. 
• We do not sponsor or assist with obtaining Visa or work permit. 
• You must meet specific citizenship or work permit requirements to be considered for this role (e.g. Polish citizenship, EU citizenship, permanent residence, or a valid work permit).
