Publisher, Web & Multimedia

Position Summary

The Publisher, Web & MM will be responsible for supporting the programs production requirements during all stages of program life cycle. 

She/he will have ownership of Web Content production activities for one or more complex GDMP group project(s). They will ensure the project(s) output meets local and global expectations. 

She/he is responsible for developing and maintaining good customer relationships, ensuring customer expectations are met and/or exceeded while maintaining highest levels of quality and efficiency. 

What You Will Do:

• Experience in working with numerous client/stakeholders simultaneously
• Experience working within NSO environment
• Completing Web Publishing activities within CMS
• Working with templates and wireframes to meet customer requirements
• Quality assuring all production tasks completed
• Ensure on-time global delivery of production requirements to the highest quality standards
• Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Overall focus on Customer Service and Satisfaction
• Work effectively with Global teams on all production tasks          

To Be Successful You Will Have:

• Ability to lead communications effectively across multiple diverse marketing, reporting and editorial teams
• Ability to work self-sufficiently within a team environment
• Excellent communication skills via email, reports, presentations and working with clients.
• Have excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong knowledge of HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript. Would be beneficial
• Ability to solve problems, show initiative and enthusiasm and attention to detail.
