Workfront System Administrator and Implementation Specialist

Lionbridge Technologies is an award-winning company with high caliber clients such as Cisco, Microsoft, Google, Apple, Dell and more. Lionbridge is looking for a candidate with a strong/solid Workfront Admin and Project Management background to successfully fulfill this role in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

You must be able to work independently as well as in a team whilst communicating with clients at multiple levels of the organization. The ability to consult and collate business requirements will be critical to this role. Strong written and verbal communication skills are therefore a must. It will also be essential to come armed with a proactive, innovative, and can-do attitude. The ability to deal with day-to-day as well as new and complex issues will be critical.

Due to the nature of the business and the client, you will need to demonstrate your ability to multitask as well as remain highly organized even at the busiest of times. Furthermore, a keen eye for detail and delivering accuracy is the expectation when working and delivering to such clients.

What you will do:

  • Provide demos to teams considering implementing Workfront
  • Project manage Workfront implementations
  • Support new implementation configuration and deployment
  • Support ongoing rollout, adoption, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide system administration to multiple Workfront configurations
  • Create reports and dashboards within Workfront
  • Custom form creation and updates
  • Template creation and updates
  • Monitor Workfront support queue(s), providing 1st line user support
  • Troubleshoot bugs and issues
  • Create and update documentation for Workfront processes
  • Create Workfront training documentation and lead group /1:1 training session(s)
  • Stay up to date on Workfront releases and new features (Be a Workfront Champion)


To be successful, you will have:

  • 3+ years of Workfront experience, including prior implementations
  • 3+ years Project Management experience
  • Technical support experience
  • At least 3-5 years of experience of working in a similar environment
  • Strong interpersonal communication
  • Strong English language and written / oral communications skills
  • Ability to work and collaborate with people of diverse personalities and various backgrounds
  • Experience in complying with corporate guidelines


Additional experience that will help you succeed:

  • Experience in Workfront adoption and adoption change management
  • Understand Workfront's API
  • 2+ years of Business Analysis/Consulting experience
  • Experience in assessing/proposing industry standard tools and technologies (outside of Workfront)
