Workfront System Administrator & Implementation Specialist

Lionbridge Technologies is actively seeking a Workfront System Administrator & Implementation Specialist to work as part of our team embedded in Cisco Systems Inc.'s internal brand agency, "The Hatch". Lionbridge is an award-winning company enabling more than 800 brands to increase international market share, speed adoption of products and effectively engage their customers in local markets worldwide. This particular Lionbridge account services Cisco's brand team, which won IHAF's In-house Agency of the Year Award in 2020.

You will work independently as well as in a team whilst communicating with clients at multiple levels of the organization. The ability to consult and collate business requirements will be critical to this role. Strong written and verbal communication skills are therefore a must. It will also be essential to come armed with a proactive, innovative and can-do attitude. The ability to deal with day-to-day as well as new and complex issues will be critical.

What You Will Do:

  • Project manage Workfront implementations
  • Support new implementation, configuration and deployment
  • Support ongoing rollout, adoption, change management and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide system administration to multiple Workfront configurations
  • Create reports and dashboards within Workfront
  • Custom form-creation and updates
  • Template creation and updates
  • Monitor Workfront support queue(s), providing 1st line user support
  • Troubleshoot bugs and issues
  • Create and update documentation for Workfront processes
  • Stay up to date on Workfront releases and new features


  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

  • Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to prioritize/multi-task and follow projects through to completion
  • A Team Player with the ability to think outside the box

To be successful, you will have:

  • 2+ years in Workfront experience or similar administration system
  • Technical support experience
  • Strong interpersonal communication - and written/oral English communications skills.
  • Able to work and collaborate with people of diverse personalities and backgrounds
  • Experience in complying with corporate guidelines and brand requirements

Additional experience that will help you succeed:

  • Experience in Workfront adoption and adoption change management
  • Understand Workfront's API (REST)
  • 2+ years of Business Analysis/Consulting experience
  • Experience in assessing/proposing industry-standard tools and technologies (outside of Workfront)
  • Project Management experience
  • Web development/programming experience
